Leona Pleasant is a native Texan who grew up on the Gulf Coast of Texas. Her love of marine life, boating, beaches and lighthouses inspires many of her original paintings.
As an artist and a free-lance published photographer, Leona’s works have been selected for exhibition in juried shows, art galleries and publications throughout Texas. Her original watercolors combined with mixed media, gouache and acrylic express a unique sense of color, composition and design. BRILLIANT COLOR is her style.
