Kroger Community Rewards Program

The National Society of Artists is participating in the Kroger Community Rewards Program.

By enrolling your Kroger Card with the NSA Rewards Account on the Kroger Website, Kroger will donate money to NSA based on your Kroger purchases. Donations are made four times a year and the amount that NSA earns will be announced at the monthly meeting following the receipt of the donation from Kroger.

To enroll, create a Kroger Digital Account, sign into your Digital Account and enroll your card using the NSA NPO Number. Participants must re-enroll their card annually after August 1.

To enroll your Kroger Card with the NSA Awards Account, go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com, create an account, and then enroll using 94701 as the NPO Number.

Detailed Instructions

A Digital Account is needed in order to participate in Kroger Community Rewards. If you already have a Digital Account, then please skip to the section named ‘Selecting an Organization’. 

How to Register a Digital Account

Using your browser, go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com.

  1. Select the ‘Register’ button.
  2. Enter your information.
  3. Select ‘Create Account’.

Please make sure that you add your card number or create a virtual card number while registering your Digital Account. This is required for the Community Rewards program so that your transactions apply towards the program.

Selecting an Organization

Selecting the organization that you wish to support is as simple updating the Community Rewards selection on your Digital Account.

  • Sign into your Digital Account (if you haven’t already).
  • Select ‘My Account’.
  • Scroll down to the ‘Community Rewards’ section of your account page.
  • Select ‘Enroll Now’ or ‘Edit’.
  • Enter the name or NPO number of the organization that you wish to support.   94701 is the NSA NPO Number.
  • Select the appropriate organization from the list and click on ‘Save’.

Your selected organization will now display in the Community Rewards section of your account page.

Any transactions moving forward using the card number associated with your digital account will be applied to the program.

It takes approximately 10 days for the Community Rewards total to begin displaying on your receipt.

Viewing your Rewards Details

Wondering how much you’ve earned towards your selected organization? You may view the total earned during the last quarter by following these instructions.

  • Sign into your Digital Account (if you haven’t already).
  • Select ‘My Account’.
  • Scroll down to the ‘Community Rewards’ section.
  • The amount earned will be listed as ‘Last Quarter Kroger Donation’.

 Additional Details

You must present your Kroger Plus Card or provide your Alternate ID at the register during the transaction in order for it to count towards the program.

Organization selections must be renewed once a year, during the month of August. Simply follow the instructions detailed in the ‘Selecting an Organization’ section in order to maintain or update your selected organization.

FAQs

Each participant of your organization will be required to re-enroll his or her Kroger Plus Card on an annual basis.

Why do my participants have to re-enroll next year if they were already participating The Kroger Community Rewards program will be evaluated every year and changes will be considered based on the success of the program. It also gives each organization an opportunity to refresh their participation by spreading the word to new participants and keeping the previous participants informed of any changes to the program. 

As an organization coordinator, can I recruit people to sign up with our organization at one of our public events or in front of a Kroger store?

Unfortunately, no. This program is designed for your organization’s participants, friends, supporters and family members. No solicitation to the general public is allowed.

 Kroger limits a participating household’s earned contribution to $300 per cycle.   One cycle is three months.

Reward minimum cycle rebate payout is $25 per organization.

In the event that an organization earns less than $25 in a cycle, Kroger will hold the amount until the next cycle that the rebate exceeds $25 or the end of the program term, whichever comes first.

After I enroll my Kroger Plus Card with an organization, how long before my purchases start counting towards the rewards?

Your purchases will begin earning rewards for your designated organization within 7 to 10 business days of registering your Kroger Plus Card online

 How do I know if my Kroger Plus Card is enrolled?

Within 7 to 10 business days of successfully enrolling your Kroger Plus Card, you will see at the bottom of your Kroger receipt: “At your request, Kroger is donating to “your organization name”.

Does everything in my shopping cart count towards my donation to my organization?

Supporters can earn rewards on almost anything, every time they shop. However there are specific purchases that cannot be included: Alcohol, Tobacco, Government Assisted Pharmacy Expenses, Postage Stamps, All Gift Cards, Bottle Deposits, Lottery and Promotional tickets, Money Orders, Western Union, Fuel and, Sales Tax are excluded from eligible purchases. Eligible pharmacy purchases include out of pocket co-pays for non-government assisted pharmacy programs.

Click on Sign In.

Enter your email address and password

Press Enter

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Click the Enroll Button

Enter the NSA NPO Number, 94701.

Click Submit
