Alander Espécie is a Brazilian-Israeli multidisciplinary artist, art therapist, and designer whose practice transforms discarded materials, objects, and paintings into expressive
works of art.
Self-taught in weaving and working across textile, furniture, sculpture, and mixed media, his work explores memory, identity, resilience, and the relationship between people and their surroundings.
Based in Israel since 2016, Alander has developed a distinctive visual language shaped by Brazilian creativity and Israeli experience. His artistic practice has been presented in exhibitions, cultural projects, and collaborative initiatives, including De Mãos Dadas at the Brazilian Embassy in Tel Aviv. His work bridges art, design, sustainability, and emotional connection.
